Irritating loud sound in the background

Hello. I just upgraded my PC with an AMD Ryzen 3600 on an Asus X570-P board. One of the fans is making a persistent noise even when the system is idle, and I think it's the chipset fan built into the motherboard. Can you find a solution to this issue? It bothers me a lot. Thanks.

Are you certain it's a chipset fan? I'd try it out first, checking each fan individually.

The issue seems to be with the chipset fan, and you're unable to adjust its speeds. Are there any solutions or workarounds you've tried?

I don’t see any other options. My only suggestion is to request the board if you’re still able to.

It's actually from the top fan of my case—there are three in total. I unplugged it while ordering a replacement, thank you!
