This image shows a typical setup for me—a big browser without fullscreen, with various chat apps nearby. I miss the days when only AIM was available. I’m looking for Rainmeter widgets or a single app that works across all three chat services. Steam and Skype don’t release their chat APIs, so I need alternatives to make better use of my screen space. What options exist? I currently use DisplayFusion hotkeys to position windows, but it doesn’t look very appealing.

I have three monitors for my work PC. One shows IDE code, another displays console with bat and aimp, and the third handles system status, chats like Skype. It’s handy to experiment with a quick 'win + any arrow' combo—it saves both time and space.

You're dealing with a resolution mismatch—1920x1080 main vs. 2560x1440 output. It's odd you'd need to save a smaller section for chats, but it makes sense you're thinking about it! Haha.
