Hello, I want to tell you about a support agent who seemed completely unhelpful. He suggested simply lowering all game settings to fix performance problems, no matter the system specs or other factors. I reached out via EA’s live chat when Battlefield 1 was running poorly, and he only offered advice that I’m almost certain everyone tries in such situations. After waiting about ten minutes for a response, he didn’t reply, likely ending the conversation.
