During a session, my Fortnite FPS fell from a stable 144hz to around 100-80 fps unexpectedly. I have an RX 5700 and was playing at 1080p, but my performance dropped without any clear reason. This isn’t normal.

did the temperature increase? if so, it seems like the system is throttling. or maybe something in the background is consuming the cpu.

Keep track of temperatures to determine if the CPU or GPU hits the Tjunction, while also observing CPU and GPU usage to ensure no other application is consuming resources. If either component approaches or reaches the Tjunction, it indicates overheating and a reduction in speed to avoid damage.

I'm not sure if I should increase the fans in BIOS and check the results.
