Retrieve the dump files from the BSODs. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump and verify presence of any minidump files. If available, return to the Windows directory and transfer the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.

I recall that post too. The PSU isn't sufficient for a high-end gaming rig—apologies. Have you considered swapping it for a better one?

You suspect PSU instability might be leading to frame drops and stuttering. If you can get a new PSU next month, that could help. When the PSU performance is poor, voltage and wattage may not be up to spec. For your build, consider a PSU with higher quality components and stable output.

I've checked a few more now, and when intense stutters happen, my GPU load, core speed, and memory speed all decrease. The CPU remains steady in performance.
