iPhone 13 isn't appearing in your Windows 10 PC, need assistance :D
I've been attempting to save many photos and videos from a Queen concert to my PC, but my phone isn't showing up at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers/device, yet nothing has changed. Anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong? Thanks in advance, Lex.
Use a data-capable cable and ensure the data access option is enabled in your phone settings. Alternatively, install Google Photos on both your phone and computer, sync your desired photos and videos to the GP app on your phone using a Gmail account, then access them on your PC for saving.
You have a good cable and it works with your other phone. I'm trying to locate the settings but it's a bit tricky. If nothing works, I might switch to using Google Photos instead. Thanks for the assistance!
Attempted to log in, but the system accepted the password yet still redirected me back to the login page. I verified the password is correct, so the issue remains unclear.
Attempted to locate a similar setting but found nothing. If helpful, I was told to rely on the system and occasionally it prompts for permission when connecting or disconnecting, likely because of data access needs. Still can’t see it appear. For a while, I tried uninstalling the drivers after noticing it appears as an MTP device in Device Manager, restarted both the phone and PC, but accessing internal storage was slow and kept loading. When trying to exit or reopen the "this pc" area in File Explorer, the Windows desktop home screen would reset itself. Uncertain what’s happening, but it seems like a driver or Windows issue.
theres an app called simpletransfer that allows you to wirelessly throw photos and videos from your pc to your phone and vice versa. Simple Transfer - Photo+Video on the App Store (apple.com) once you open the app on your phone go to https://simpletransfer.app/connect on your computer.
Not resolved yet :9, will share updates once I find a fix or if anyone has suggestions. It seems the top choice right now is using Google Photos.
