Hello everyone, I’m dealing with a puzzling issue involving my Linksys Altas Pro 6 (model MX5503). The phone claims it’s connected to Wi-Fi but shows no signal at all, and there’s no “no internet” warning. Restarting the router or phone doesn’t fix it, and other devices are fine. I’ve tried returning the unit and setting it up anew, but the problem persists. I’ve also consulted Linksys support, who recommended using the channel finder, though that hasn’t helped. No MAC filtering or blocking is in place, and giving the phone priority in the app hasn’t resolved anything. I’m really confused and need advice on next steps. Any suggestions? Thanks!
