Are there any reliable emulators available that could run iOS apps on a laptop? I'm looking for something similar to what's needed for the new Fallout app released exclusively for iOS. I think such a solution would be highly sought after.

Based on the phrasing, I question a direct android adaptation, which is why I’m opting for an emulator instead.

theres a dev kit for osx, but I seriously doubt theres any emulator for windows
