It doesn't seem normal. Have you attempted a reset of your device and then checked for updates? Also, is it improbable you haven't restarted your connection to the internet?

The most frequent issue is that everyone in your household shares the same Wi-Fi network. Have you attempted cellular data only to check for updates, not to install them?
