Erm, that can be caused by a number of things, but I'd start with completely uninstalling & reinstalling your network drivers, then making sure you don't have any rogue / extra drivers installed, such as those for a VPN or a Virtual Machine of some kind. (I've had wonky stuff happen with both VirtualBox and VMWare's network drivers before.) https://www.tenforums.com/network-sharin...w-fix.html
