The issue might stem from a general failure, indicating a possible error in your request or configuration.
Erm, that can be caused by a number of things, but I'd start with completely uninstalling & reinstalling your network drivers, then making sure you don't have any rogue / extra drivers installed, such as those for a VPN or a Virtual Machine of some kind.
