I performed a reset after the seller had done one, then updated from Windows 10 to 11. Still can’t understand why nothing started working immediately after powering on. Later, I managed to run the PC for 5-8 hours of gaming without any issues. I expected a faulty GPU to become more unstable under stress, but it seems to be handling it better now. I’ll try reinserting it and see if that helps.

I can only guess, but it seems the card might not perform well with reduced power at slower clock speeds, though it works okay under stress. If this is true, you could use MSI Afterburner to raise the voltage slightly and check if crashes stop. In the instructions I gave, they suggest setting both Windows and the GPU to High Performance, which might also resolve the problem if the issue only occurs at lower clocks or voltages. If you didn’t follow those steps, try them.

I could give it a shot. I also considered the possibility that the PSU wasn't managing the flow well. I observed that during the first couple of days, the PC temperatures were slightly higher when idle compared to now. At first it was around 50-60, but currently it's between 30-40 when idle (CPU though). I just downloaded hwinfo to keep an eye on the GPU. Also, no crashes have occurred today (at least).

I activated the PC this morning and let it run CSGO for two hours smoothly. Then I played a 10-hour Gandalf sax video that’s been running for three hours, and it hasn’t crashed at all. Could be the latest update helped?

Both entries indicate GPU issues—failure to respond, driver reset, and subsequent BSOD. Likely a defective GPU exists; consider using DDU for inspection and checking for overheating components such as VRMs.
