I recently got a 5090 founders edition card and set it up on my system after a clean Windows install. During driver installation, the computer restarts at the DPC Watchdog violation point. After rebooting into safe mode, I was able to reinstall the driver without issues. I've tested various NVIDIA driver versions but have encountered the same problem. It appears the system resists the driver connection. My hardware specs are: CPU 9950X3D, Mobo AORUS Pro Ice X879e, PSU PX Vertex 1200W. The GPU was connected via a PCIe 5.0 cable directly to the PSU, not using the NVIDIA splitter.

Did you turn on XMP? Unstable memory can lead to issues like this.

I've turned off Expo for safety. Would you like me to turn it back on or leave it disabled? Thanks!
