My configuration: CPU - AMD Rayzen 7 7800X3D (Driver v7.09.23.2230 for Windows 10/11, ASUS source). GPU - ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition 24GB GDDR6X. RAM - Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30-38-38-96 1.35V 32GB (2x16GB). Motherboard - ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO (BIOS v3402). OS - Windows 11 25H2. Issue - Need TPM 2.0 for Valorant's Vanguard. Updated BIOS to v3402 and OS to 25H2 in late December 2025. TPM 2.0 disappeared starting Jan 6, 2026. Actions Taken: 1. Enabled 'firmware TPM' and 'Erase NV fTPM to Factory Default' in BIOS. For Security Device, BIOS reported 'No Security Device Found.' 2. Disabled Windows UEFI only, activated security boot. Troubleshooting Steps: Reinstalled BIOS v3402, reinstalled DDU chipset drivers, contacted AMD support. Attached screenshots: tpm.msc, msinfo32, Device Manager, AMD PSP 11.0 properties, CPU properties, Windows Security device details, Event Viewer errors for TPM and TPM-WMI. I'm still awaiting a call from ASUS technical support (case opened Jan 8, 2026; expected call within 1-2 business days). Please let me know if there are additional steps I can take while waiting.
