New Zealand received this update about a week ago, which I didn’t catch! I’m glad they’re on the right side now. No more international fees for them. Hope Australia gets AUD on Steam soon. GTA V is currently $75 USD—maybe I’ll get it in AUD before some Kiwis do.
The price on Steam is $91.99, and I believe Green Man Gaming might offer a better deal with a discount like 20%.
As long as the pricing stays consistent, I’d really appreciate it if they handled AUD this way instead of changing it again. Earlier than now would be great. I put in a significant amount into my Steam wallet right before the AUD drop, so if they convert that to AUD and start charging me in AUD, it would be amazing.
Sure, that's a bit confusing. I've met many New Zealanders who refer to us as Aussies, while we call them kiwis. It's not something racist.
