Internet speeds
Check if a phone hotspot works for your games and streaming needs. Your home connection should drop to lower speeds when using it, but whether it’s enough depends on your device and internet provider. With 70 mbps during the day, you might still get decent performance for casual play, though lag could occur. Consider asking your dad for a dedicated router if you need consistent high speeds, or stick with the hotspot if it meets your requirements.
It seems switching to a mobile hotspot might shift one challenge into another. While speeds could improve, latency might rise as well. I’m not a gamer by nature, so keep this in mind, but in a game like Minecraft it might be manageable—though in a more intense title such as GTA V it could become frustrating.
