I agree you're onto something. I'm using Windows 10 now. This game (World of Warships) appears to be the only one with lag issues. Appreciate the details. My setup includes: Asus Max 7 Hero MB i5 4690K @ 3.9 MHz, Asus GTX 760 D2 16 Mb DDR3 2400, Samsung EVO 850 SSD, and a 650 photon PSU.
the game includes a frame counter and a ping display in the corner, updating at about 59 frames and occasionally at 30-35. ping levels often stay between 45-50, after which a "lag" sign appears.
The faulty yellow link seems questionable in reliability. Unless it impacts your performance, you shouldn't be overly concerned. Your connection speed and latency appear normal. I'd look into how the server communicates with your software.
I added a link to Timothy J Gracey’s page in the FB group. He mentioned he could have reinforced his points about slow upload speeds impacting my game. I removed him from the group and cleared all posts that referenced his name. That was a tough situation, but I’m confident in what I said.
