Hey, your connection is really fast—over 120 Mbps on Wi-Fi—but when you're downloading, it drops to just about 1 Mbps. That’s unusual!

And what method did you use to get that figure? Did you check your router’s speed with iperf against your device, or are you simply relying on the display number from your wireless interface? The latter isn’t reliable for measuring real performance, as it only reflects the highest possible rate, not the actual throughput.

Networked here. The initial figure comes from Speedtest, but the actual value depends on both ends—your connection and the other party’s performance.
