Here you'll notice your latency spikes significantly after hop 2. Many ISPs currently use ICMP throttling, which can make traceroute tests less reliable for measuring lag. Your results seem consistently high, indicating a possible problem. I'm unfamiliar with your ISP, but they should provide a support number or online chat to submit a ticket with detailed information about your issue. You'll likely need your account number—check your email or paper bill for it before contacting them. They probably will guide you through power cycling your modem and router and re-testing each stage. If the problem persists beyond their initial troubleshooting, they may escalate it to a higher-level technician to investigate further. In the worst case, they might arrange for a technician to visit your home to inspect the cabling outside, which could extend the resolution time.

I have talked to them and they say there is nothing they can do and its working fine on their end, also no one else with Spark or any nearby houses is reporting the same problem, so there is nothing they can do.

Do you have a cable modem followed by a router, a dual modem/router unit, or another configuration for getting online?
