You're experiencing issues with your D-Link AC3200 setup. It's showing around 200 downloads but only 5-15 uploads, which is below the expected range of 300-300. The packet loss during games is also high at 5-30%. You might want to check the cable connection, ensure the modem is properly powered, and verify that your network settings are correct. Also, consider updating firmware or testing with a different device if possible.

I don’t know exactly what you’re getting with the modem since you have a desktop setup. It’s usually over Wi-Fi, but I haven’t faced this issue before with just your modem.

Connect the router straight to the modem to remove it from consideration. If Wi-Fi causes problems, try using a wired connection to determine whether the issue lies with your network or the ISP.

the main issue is that my modem is located in another room and I can't connect it to my office.

No, I can't physically move your desktop or run cables. You should use the appropriate tools in your operating system for testing.

They offer cables up to 200 feet. I own a 50-foot and a 75-foot one.
