The traffic needs to use the same ethernet cable to reach your router and everything that comes after it. Because there are no problems connecting to your router, the ethernet cable must be in good condition.

Are there any additional gadgets at home linked to the web? Does your residence have a home network? The most effective method to confirm this is to replicate the issue on another machine.
