Internet drops when using only wireless, but wireless works properly
Hello everyone, I’m facing an issue. Since getting the new TP-link archer router a few weeks ago, my wireless network has been acting odd. All devices connect without trouble, and both access points work well. However, internet access is inconsistent—sometimes refreshing the forum only works part of the time, and other times it shows a complete no internet message. This happens only on wireless connections. My wired devices are fully functional. The problem affects all access points and the direct WiFi from my router. I also have an ISP router in a corner, connected directly to another router, but I can’t enable bridge mode. It had DMZ enabled before, which worked perfectly until now. TL;DR: New router installed, internet works half the time while reception stays stable. Appreciate your help! (Sorry for any English mistakes—I’m not fluent yet.)
Stop all activities and reset the router to its factory settings. Reconfigure it according to the original setup. Verify functionality and submit feedback.
The router has already stopped working, so I can't restart it. It's set up with a modem, several access points, and connected devices. I'm not clear on your question.
