It seems there might be a DSL problem. Please confirm if ATT is checking your phone connection both outside and inside.
I faced a very similar issue before. After replacing the main router with my ISP and testing everything inside, I conducted a test using a technician from their support team over the fiber line from my home to the hub on my street. It functioned properly. Later, the tech explained there’s a switch cabinet nearby; he swapped the port in his car and the connection was restored. While this might not be your case, it could be worth considering after checking everything internally.
