I was checking OneMesh devices but realized it might not suit my setup. My router is in the basement, and I’ve run Cat5e throughout the house, even up to the attic. In short, I need a consistent network when I get home. I was thinking of placing it in the hot attic with a hardwired connection. The distance from the attic to the road is roughly 100 feet, so a range extender might work. I’m aiming for something under $50 but open to spending more if needed.

Yes, a good router can cover that distance effectively.
