Hey there! I noticed your new PC isn't performing as expected with internet speeds. Previously, it handled 55-68Mbps download and 16-19Mbps upload, but now it's only getting 20-25Mbps download and 10-15Mbps upload. You're using a wired connection with powerline adapters. Your hardware specs look solid: AMD Ryzen 5 2600, Gigabyte B450 Aorus M RAM, 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz, GTX 1060 GPU, Corsair CX600w PSU. You've tried several fixes—clean install, driver updates, speed settings, safe mode, USB adapter, static IP, and more. Since it's a fresh Windows install, no known driver issues were found. Let me know if you'd like more targeted advice!

Powerline adapters are more prone to interference than Ethernet connections. Consider changing to a different power outlet.

Thanks for the update! It seems the MBR was actually saved on your D drive. Formatting it brought everything back to normal speed.
