Just recently , my Cox wifi gateway is capping at exactly ~ 30mbps . Rebooting the modem temporarily fixes the issue for a few minutes , THEN the issue returns once again (my plan is 500mbps ) . Not even factory reset can fix this . You think this is hardware issue ? Cable wiring issue? Should I call the technician?
