We can utilize satellite internet by connecting to a satellite dish and accessing online services through it.

Tor could function too; you might also try complimentary VPN services, though I wouldn't recommend using them unless you're really in a tight spot.

There are methods to wrap VPN data with additional encryption and employ various ports to enhance DPI in most areas. The only case is when a company can enforce its own certificates on your device, allowing them to intercept traffic before it exits the network.

Need a connection from a satellite outside your nation, some unanswered requests, and zero expectation of speed. Satellite broadband is extremely sluggish at most.

Currently, Russia's actions are quite clear. I'm not confident about adding more layers of encryption for OpenVPN traffic, but running the VPN server over TCP 443 typically suffices against networks like Eduroam that use DPI inspection.

SSH and SSL tunnels offer a reliable method (unlike OpenVPN which may be flagged by DPI tools). Employing obfuscation methods can further hinder detection. Typically, using an SSL/SSH port with the correct encapsulation works well.

I explored every method to bypass that obstacle, but they’ve completely blocked the entire nation. Even some people can’t link to another IP except within the allowed network.

They are completely refusing any outbound data from the nation, making it impossible to take further action.
