We moved to a top ISP but are experiencing slow speeds, while our neighbors with the same plan are getting speeds up to ten times faster. What might be causing this difference? The router, the Ethernet cable, or possibly both?

We placed the router in the living room and the connection speed increased from 3 Mbps to around 40 or more;-;

Are you using a coaxial cable modem or FTTH with GPN connector? Could you share the ISP, region, and even if you're in a specific district or province, any local insights would be great? Also, does your neighbor have the same plan?
