Hi. I bought a new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse and already had Philips SHB3075 headphones. The issue is that audio on the headphones stutters when both are connected, and the mouse also freezes when moved. Unpairing one device fixes it. Are there any fixes available?
It struggles to handle both devices. Did you install drivers for your Bluetooth module? For now, the simplest solution is to use a wired mouse or headphones.
