Immediately after posting, I recalled two people. I spent a lot of time playing Runescape, which was my main way to spend time with my older brother. Occasionally I log into Oldscgool Runescape and tackle a quest I remember from when I was ten. Twilight Princess helped me meet my best friend at that time, someone I still chat with now. He was chatting with a friend about motion controls in TP, and I joined in. For a while, he was the only one I had.

Mass Effect Trilogy is definitely there. With the MEHEM modded version for PC, it worked well during my initial run. The game starts off with some technical issues and characters that feel a bit flat at first. But as you keep playing, they become more engaging. The narrative expands from broad, epic scenes to close, personal moments, eventually returning to a larger scope. Each decision feels significant. A character from a side quest in the original game reappears in the third installment, recalling everything you mentioned. Every part of the experience rewards you, culminating in the climactic Earth battle. Many felt let down by the standard endings, and rightly so—they attempted to balance freedom with structure, but failed. The mod successfully focused on a single, satisfying conclusion that wrapped up the grand story. My personal choices shaped my journey, even if they didn’t dictate the final outcome.
