It seems the reference is unclear. The Apple II is a specific model, but variations in design or era might explain why it doesn't look identical to what you see. Could you provide more details?

Your 1980s 286 monitor displayed green text. Spoiler: it was a classic look.

After my own investigation, IBM XTs seemed to be the best match I found. The built-in keyboard probably caused some confusion for me.

Hey! I had a similar monitor to my first one, but over time it became clear it was actually a 256+ color display. Such a big twist!

I’m really interested in getting a 1980s computer, but I don’t have any purpose for it. I just find them stylish and I’m using an old IBM Model M for work.

I purchased one for a programming course in the 80s. Then I bought a Leading Edge 386 with an HD, but I didn’t assemble a PC until the 486 arrived around 1993 for playing Doom. I don’t miss them at all—my main machine back then was a Commodore 64 and later an Amiga 500.

Yes, an IBM xt model runs at 670-850 for tested versions with the monitor. I hope there are replicas available for purchase similar to the replica keyboard model, but currently there isn't much funding for it.
