Steam Support recommended locking the account and asked for a verification ticket to regain access, which I received using a wallet code receipt. They told me to wait a long time before responding, as if my gaming passion had caused me distress. It took three weeks and they still didn’t check my verification request. This is how it usually goes with Steam support.
