I’ll mention both ideas, though others have pointed out what could be happening. It seems GTA Online with the 360 can feel empty sometimes, likely because the system isn’t very strong. I’m not sure if emptiness will appear in future updates, but I think it’s probably going to happen.

people can figure out what works without knowing the details. if gta5 is the only one you're using, it’s tough. don’t worry about performance limits—just stick with what fits your hardware. your setup will handle it better than you think.
