I'm really confused about what's happening. I had the newest update already, before I changed the GPU, power supply unit, and reinstalled Windows, and it happened three days ago.

Restore your overclocking by returning the BIOS to its original settings and check if XTU starts.

I still didn't get it fixed. I reset the RAM clocks and adjusted the CPU multiplier to default.
