Hello, based on your description, you're considering upgrading to a 1360KF motherboard and have encountered thermal throttling issues with Deepcool AK620 during Cinebench R23. You're thinking about undervolting the CPU and tried Throttlestop, but it didn't work as expected. After switching to Intel XTU, you noticed some settings were hidden or changed unexpectedly. You're wondering if the board supports 13th Gen CPUs or if a Z690 model would be better suited for your needs.

Did you verify the symbol next to the slider? The main voltage could be fixed in the BIOS based on the maker and BIOS version; some B660 boards might let changes while others don't. Have you looked up discussions in the manufacturer's forums?

It isn't active on all boards in BIOS; you can only adjust a -0.05v offset, not more.

I haven’t looked in the manufacturer’s forum yet. The details suggest the voltage could be fixed for my motherboard at that moment.

This was a big letdown, the b660 Tuf MOBO wouldn't fit.

I'm facing a really tight financial situation, so... yeah, I'm starting to feel bad about it.
