Hey everyone. I'm trying to figure out if the core turbo boost is working on this CPU. It shows a boost to 3.1GHz, but I'm not sure if it applies to each core or all cores. Also, it seems my board doesn't support it, even though I'm using a 2011 socket. Could anyone clarify?

It involves all 18 units, but performance varies based on the load. You'd need a solution that equally challenges them to achieve a full core turbo boost at 3.1. Additionally, issues like insufficient power delivery can halt the entire boost across all cores.

Unfortunately, your motherboard isn't compatible—LGA 2011 v3. The CPU you have is LGA 2011.

Even with a 2011 board it didn't function because it was from the 2011-1 period, not just 2011 or 2011-3/v3

The CPU functions best with vintage high-end server boards. CPU-L provides various boost clock options for it.
