Hi, I just placed the order for my new PC and considered using a DualShock controller. I learned it needs at least Bluetooth 2.0 for wireless connection. The part I got is the Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming, which lacks Bluetooth but has an available M.2 slot. I thought a M.2 Wi-Fi card might work, but the only choice I found was the Intel Wireless-AC 8265. After some research, I noticed a few issues: #1 the card uses A+E-Key while the slot is labeled M-key #2 the card supports format 2230, but my motherboard only accepts 2243 or higher. The best BT option would be a USB adapter or a PCIe card. I prefer not to use USB since it takes up a slot, and I don’t want large antennas on the back. My main goal is to keep everything compact inside the case. I’m curious if there are any adapters that can convert M.2 2230 or E-key slots to 2243 or higher formats. Also, I’m wondering if my setup would actually function as planned. Thanks, DarkHawk

My key suggestion is to steer clear of the Intel AC3160 and similar older models, as they don’t integrate smoothly with BT and Windows 10.

For any non-USB card, you'll need an antenna. I strongly suggest a PCIe solution, especially if it's newer than version 7265.
