I just assembled a new PC using the 3950X and set it up with Windows 10. There were no WiFi drivers available, so I downloaded them from Intel’s site. When trying to install, I encountered an error and had to remove the motherboard disk for drivers, which led to the same issue again. This installation needs Windows 10.0.16299.0 or a later version. Need some assistance, Alex.

It seems you're likely using a previous version of Windows. Where did you obtain Windows 10?

It's a previous model of W10 purchased some time back. Updating isn't possible without Wi-Fi access, which I don't have since there are no drivers available.

Thank you. This should help anyone later. If you don’t have a USB, you can download the file on your phone and transfer it, then it will start from an older W10 without needing a boot or reinstall.
