Turn off the turbo and then boost your CPU speed.
This process requires discovering a stable speed and voltage for your CPU. Stability means "no crashes during gaming or regular PC tasks." Tools like Prime, Hyper Pi, Cinebench help quickly check if an overclock succeeds, but the real test is using the PC as it normally runs.
Don't attempt this until you have a better power supply!

I would also wait for your new PSU before conducting additional stress tests. Concerning Prime95, it's recommended to use version 26.6 since Haswell and newer CPUs utilize AVX instructions, which can significantly increase CPU and VRM temperatures due to higher power consumption under demanding conditions.
