Intel Pentium G3258's voltage fluctuates, Multiplier remains unaffected.
Hey!
As discussed in the title, I'm attempting to push my Intel Pentium G3258 with a stock cooler, and I'm not going that far.
I aim for a straightforward 3.8 GHz from the base 3.2.
I've read several guides, watched tutorials, and spent two days adjusting, but nothing's working.
I set the core multiplier to 38 (tried simple frequency changes and turbo in every possible setting, but it didn't help), and reduced the uncore by 300 MHz (so 35 MHz).
The voltages I've been using are stable (visible in CPU Z), yet the multiplier remains unchanged – not overclocked.
I have a Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H motherboard, and I flashed my BIOS to the latest version, but it didn't make a difference.

Help would be appreciated!
Hello, please note that multipliers are fixed for non-Z chipset with Haswell...
