I'm using Intel Extreme Software but it has a big size. I'm searching for a better option that starts with Windows and is lighter. I want it to boost turbo time, lower the clock multiplier on the GPU, cut CPU/GPU voltage, and adjust power limits for short/long turbo periods. Anyone know of a good alternative?

It's unclear exactly what you're aiming for, but Throttlestop manages many aspects at a lower level. It only activates them when unlocked CPUs are available. TechPowerUp and Notebook Review discuss it in dedicated threads.

i'm focusing on the fundamentals now. i'm using the intel utility right now, but it feels a bit heavy. i've extended turbo boost time to its full limit of 96 seconds, reduced voltage by -0.168v, set thermal package limits at 60w for both short and long turbo runs, igpu max multiplier is at 9.5 with a v drop of -0.035v. just fine-tuning and extracting more power from the system.

TS will improve, but OC will need a K chip.
