It could fit mid-range processors well, many users opt for i3 or i5 models, and this board should work nicely for them, particularly when the cost is modest. If it's out of stock everywhere, you'll likely find it simple to resell it on the used market.

I purchased the top non-overclocking Intel CPU paired with a suitable ITX motherboard. Unfortunately, I can't run my i9 for intensive compilation work because of this mismatch. It feels like a mismatch in my perspective, even though the components might function together technically. This situation only adds to my frustration since such details aren't widely shared or reviewed. I'm considering trying a more costly Gigabyte Z690I AORUS ULTRA Mini instead.

Thank you for your feedback and ideas. I reached out to ASRock regarding this issue, and they confirmed that the CPU needs 202W for multi-core performance. Since the board can only provide about 150W, and it will revert to 120W after a short while under heavy use, it seems clear that the motherboard won’t meet the requirements for stable multi-core operation at around 5GHz. I might need to adjust my setup a bit more, but I’d prefer something that can actually deliver the required power. If anyone else faces a similar situation, I found useful advice on Intel Reddit. It’s frustrating having to pay extra without the option to overclock, but I need a reliable PC soon and don’t want to replace my NR200 ixcase.
