Hey everyone, just built a new PC with an Intel 19-12900 and the specs say it hits 2.40 GHz base speed up to 5.1 GHz in turbo. But in practice it only reaches about 4.3 GHz. Running Warzone shows the CPU near max usage at 85-95%, yet Cinebench still reports 100%. I’ve enabled turbo in BIOS but don’t know what else to try. Any tips?

5.1GHz performance applies mainly to tasks running on a single core. It also varies based on the power restrictions set by your motherboard.

Your performance seems to be limiting its speed.

cooling appears normal. On Cinebench it reached 70, which is far from typical performance during regular use. Currently, the max is around 55 at a temperature of 31.
