the issue isn't there. just when I stream, the quality drops because the encoder is using my CPU. let me know if that's right.

Malwarebytes can reduce CPU usage during games if you're not achieving the expected frames per second. When CPU and GPU are at full capacity while gaming, it's fine. Consider using tools like MSI Afterburner to keep an eye on real-time CPU and GPU stats.
