I recently sold my 2070 GPU and am now using an Intel HD 630. I’m fine with the lower performance, but I noticed my RAM usage is at 13GB out of 16. It seems the HD 630 requires more RAM to function properly.

Currently, you're using 9GB of storage with only 1.5GB allocated for dwm.exe, and 800MB is reserved for Firefox with four tabs open. This looks quite high.

Windows is built to consume available RAM efficiently, preventing the need to transfer data from slower storage. It releases memory when necessary for other tasks. This behavior is completely normal.

Currently, I'm using 9GB of RAM with only 1.5GB allocated for dwm.exe, 800MB for Firefox with multiple tabs open. This looks quite high. This appears to be the best I've seen for this setup. It seems to match what you described about adjusting iGPU RAM in BIOS.

Thanks, I'll hold off for now. Eventually I'll upgrade to an RTX card and the RAM usage should improve again. (Or I might add more RAM)
