And that's acceptable, you're entitled to it. I'd be the same. However, it doesn't improve the circumstances. Now you just need to handle the unfortunate situation, wrap it up, and keep going. After going through these processes countless times (Man, I feel old), it no longer bothers me much. It's just what it is.

Yeah Amazon creates, Groupings of products ("stores"). However as mentioned, it's sold / shipped by Amazon it's a simple return. With Amazon many times they will ship you a replacement ahead of time. With something this expensive, hard to say what they do. I've only had a few return things through Amazon. One though I just ordered a new item and returned the bad one as that was quicker than waiting for the replacement. (For some reason)
