Did you review your email for the code? Were you certain the bundle came with your CPU when you bought it? When I didn’t receive it, I posted a tweet and they advised me to send the details to that address: wecare.twitter@Newegg_Support.com. They sent my code right away.

I placed the order at roughly the same time, and they mentioned the items weren’t in order but were willing to send the code. Just reach out by email and check it out.
