Hey, I have an old ASUS S550CB laptop that runs Windows 10 with the newest patches and BIOS update. Suddenly something went wrong. When I opened Control Panel and clicked on Devices and Printers, I saw a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark next to my computer icon. After running the built-in troubleshooter, it told me: "INTEL Dynamic Platform & Thermal Driver are having trouble with a driver." I let the system try to fix itself and restart, but the error is still there after rebooting. I ran sfc (it found some errors but said they were fixed) and DISM (which found nothing wrong). Any ideas? Yes, I know it's an old laptop and maybe it should be replaced, but my wife uses this one every day just for MS Word, so buying a new computer seems too much.
