Hello, welcome! I’m not from Linus Tech, but I bought an Intel DH87MC to swap in for my Asus Maximus VII Hero. The new board had pins bent, so I thought it would work well with my 1150 socket. It boots into Windows but when updating or restarting it goes straight to sleep mode—this is frustrating because I have to force a hard restart. I suspect this is related to the BIOS or Windows power settings. Any advice would be appreciated! Intel DH87MC 7 4790K, 16 GB DDR3, 2133 MHz (PC3 17000), Windows 10.
