So you're using an OEM motherboard from the Intel-800 series with a crippled Netburst chip?
Would you like to overclock it just for the sake of it? Maybe to generate more heat in your room?
If you're genuinely interested and the board lacks any built-in options, you might consider trying a BSEL mod.
This method involves painting certain pins with silver paint to make the board believe a faster CPU is installed.
Make sure you research thoroughly before proceeding—check for tutorials and understand the chip's true capabilities.

There could be choices in the BIOS to boost the FSB speed, though I question its effectiveness. You might also attempt PLL overclocking. This requires identifying the PLL on your motherboard and using software to manage it.
