Operating System: Windows 11 is required for managing the E-cores. MSI Afterburner indicates that CPU core usage is being monitored.

The operating system runs Windows 10. I haven’t reviewed the MSI afterburner yet, but the odd situation was that during Cinabench 23 the CPU reached maximum usage across all threads, while benchmarks like Corona and Vray showed the E-cores weren’t being utilized.
